For spas & wellness Multi-location Customer self-booking POS & inventory

OmniSpa

One calendar, two front ends: the office app your staff run the day on, and a portal your clients book themselves through.

The shape of it

Two apps over one calendar.

A booking a client makes online is the same booking your therapist sees. Nobody re-enters anything.

Calendar · Saturday

Rooms and therapists are both checked — a free room is not enough.

What is inside

The front desk, the treatment room and the stockroom.

All of it ships together. No module to buy once you outgrow the basics.

Locations and roles

A second branch is not a second system.

Each branch carries its own rooms, therapists, hours and prices. Six roles come standard, so staff see their branch and their day.

Customer portal

The booking that arrives while you are closed.

Clients browse services, see real availability and book themselves — subject to the same room and therapist checks as the counter.

Questions

OmniSpa, specifically

What does EasyBiz set up before we go live?

Branches, rooms and opening hours; therapists and front-office staff, each with the right role; your treatment menu, durations and prices; existing clients and memberships imported; and reminders switched on and tested. How a rollout runs.

Can clients book online themselves?

Yes. The portal writes into the same calendar and passes the same availability checks.

Does it send appointment reminders?

Yes — email and SMS, automatically. We switch them on and test them during onboarding.

Can we sell products as well as treatments?

Covered: retail and back-room stock with low-stock alerts, and a POS that handles retail, gift cards and partial payments.

Do memberships work?

Yes, attached to the client record, so member pricing follows them to the counter.

Can a therapist see only their own day?

Yes. Six roles come standard, from owner down to customer.

Is it suitable for a salon or barbershop?

Often. The model is services, staff, rooms and a register. Bring your menu to the call and we will tell you honestly.
