For dental clinics FDI odontogram Solo to multi-chair Installs as a PWA

OmniDental

Front desk to chair to bill, around an interactive FDI odontogram. Built for clinics, not hospitals — from a solo dentist to a multi-chair practice.

Built for the chair

A clinic is not a hospital.

What a dentist has that a doctor does not is a chart of thirty-two teeth. Everything speaks dentistry — dentist, front desk, assistant; clinical notes, not consultations.

The odontogram

A real tooth chart, not a picture of one.

32 adult and 20 primary teeth, charted by surface. Plans run in phases with live estimates from your own fees, and completing a procedure writes the invoice line.

Care and consent

The details a clinical system is judged on.

RA 10173 consent, versioned

Captured against a consent version with a timestamp — what the patient agreed to, and when.

Alerts where the work happens

All 18 carry their precaution, on the visit header and every chairside row.

Nothing typed gets lost

The note autosaves on every keystroke and never overwrites text typed mid-save.

The scribe stays out of the chart

Speech-to-text on the developer’s own infrastructure. No recordings kept. Off unless you turn it on.

Why it will not chart for you

It drafts the written note only. A misheard tooth number is a lesion recorded on a healthy tooth, and it reads as correct ever after — so charting stays manual. No drug is pre-selected either; every one is confirmed against the catalog before it reaches a script.

Catalogs

Nothing to build before your first patient.

Every clinic starts with 34 standard PH procedures at mid-range Metro Manila fees and 15 commonly prescribed drugs. Set your own fee, or hide what you do not do.

Being straight with you

What OmniDental does not do yet.

Known gaps on the roadmap, not defects. If one is load-bearing for your clinic, say so on the call.

Stock can be added and adjusted, but nothing decrements a consumable automatically when a carpule is used at the chair.

On the roadmap

  • Multi-pay settlement — cash, e-wallet, card and HMO on one ledger
  • Orthodontic installment ledgers
  • Dental lab job tracking
  • End-of-day cash reconciliation
  • Kiosk and QR self-check-in

Questions

OmniDental, specifically

What does EasyBiz set up before we go live?

Your clinic is provisioned with its procedure catalog already seeded, and we set your own fees and hide what you do not do. PRC and PTR are configured so prescriptions and certificates print correctly. Patient records are imported, and consumable stock is loaded with lots and expiration dates. How a rollout runs.

Is the odontogram real or a picture?

Real. Interactive, 32 adult and 20 primary teeth in FDI notation, charted by surface, with findings stored separately from planned procedures.

How does the scribe handle patient privacy?

Speech-to-text runs on the developer’s own infrastructure, not a third-party API, and no recordings are kept. It is off unless your clinic turns it on.

Can we issue dental certificates?

Yes — 20 purposes including dental clearance and the school oral prophylaxis certificate, printed over the dentist’s PRC and PTR.

How big a clinic does it suit?

From a solo dentist upward. You can have as many operatories, dentists, assistants and front-desk staff as you need, and the chairside board groups the day by chair. What it deliberately is not is hospital software — there are no wards, no departments and no retail pharmacy counter, because a dental clinic has none of those.

Does it work on a tablet at the chair?

Yes — it installs as a PWA, and the visit page keeps odontogram, note and prescription visible at once.

What about HMO patients?

Charges, settlement and HMO are handled. Splitting one bill across cash, e-wallet, card and HMO is on the roadmap above.
