OmniDrive

Everything a Philippine driving school does in a day — enroll, schedule, teach, certify, collect.

Built narrow on purpose

One product, one kind of customer.

The screens say student, instructor, vehicle and classroom, because that is the only business it was built for. Nothing to configure away first.

Scheduling

A booking needs three free things, not one.

Student, instructor and vehicle at the same hour — and a room for TDC. The gate checks all of them before the booking goes through.

Certificates

The certificate is the product.

Generated from the enrollment itself, so it cannot claim hours that were never logged. Each one carries a QR code anyone can check.

Questions

OmniDrive, specifically

What does EasyBiz set up before we go live?

Your school, branches and LTO accreditation; instructors, vehicles and classrooms; your course catalog, packages and price list; and your existing student records imported from spreadsheets. Then role-by-role training. How a rollout runs.

Does it handle both TDC and PDC?

Yes, plus refreshers. Each carries its own topics and required hours, sold on its own or in a bundle.

What format are the certificates?

The LTO certificate-of-completion format, as a PDF with a QR code, generated from the enrollment record and issued under your school’s own LTO accreditation. They can only be issued once the hours are logged and the topics checked off.

We have three branches. Does that work?

Yes. LTO accredits each branch separately, so each branch prints its own accreditation number on the certificates it issues, and keeps its own vehicles, rooms and staff.

What do students see?

A mobile-first portal: their schedule, completed hours and outstanding balance.

Can it take payments at the counter?

Yes — invoices, partial payments and a POS with a reconciling cash drawer.
